The Go To Network is a group of employees who remain in their full-time role but liaise between HR and the university and:
- champions, endorses and promotes Performance, Development and Rewards
- is accessible to people on the ground for support and feedback
- keeps ‘in touch’, formally and informally, with your area, fellow Go To Network members and HR
- supports colleagues in embracing the PDR process
The Go To Network will not provide HR advice and the members are not expected to be experts in the process.
