The People, Productivity and Performance (PPP) project was launched following the success of SUT’s grant application to Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST), for nearly $2.5million.
The PPP project commenced in November 2007 with a dedicated project team comprising SUT staff and a team from Ernst & Young. Its purpose is to design and implement an approach for Performance, Development and Rewards (PDR) that provides a consistent and transparent process for SUT to manage, recognise and reward the skills and talent of its people.
The initial scope of the project is only the Higher Education and Corporate areas, TAFE is not included.
