Workplace Behaviour Workshops (previously EEO & Bullying Workshops for managers and supervisors)
The University's Workplace Behaviour Workshops are compulsory for all staff who have managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
New managers and supervisors are required to attend a workshop for new managers upon commencing in a managerial or supervisory role, and existing managers need to attend a refresher workshop every two years.

Please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into SPO
2. Click on the My HR tab>Personal Development> Training Requests> Nominate an Event> RAF - Compliance Training Program
3. Nominate the session that suits you, paying attention to whether you want Refresher or New Manager training.
Prior to attending the workshops, participants are asked to complete the online Workplace Behaviour Training (EEO & Bullying Training) as the workshops are designed to follow on from completion of the online module.
