The staff equity function:
- Administers and advises on the University’s EEO and diversity policies
- Advises staff, managers and business units on EEO issues and practices
- Provides advice and support to staff and managers on complaint resolution
- Manages EEO & Bullying training for staff
- Manages staff equity programs and strategies such as women’s leadership and pay equity
- Develops the University’s Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency Compliance Report and Employer of Choice for Women Application.
