Vote Information

Dear Colleagues,

Please access the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Multi-Business Agreement 2009 (MBA) information pack on-line at http://www.swinburne.edu.au/corporate/hr/ebtafe/voteinfo.htm
This information will assist you to decide whether to approve the MBA when the vote commences.  The information includes:

• A signed copy of the MBA as agreed between the TAFE Institutes/University TAFE Divisions and the AEU. Click here to view a copy of the signed MBA.
• The “Information Statement for Employees –Collective Agreements’.  This contains standard information about union collective workplace agreements including a MBA.  Please see page 6 of that Statement for advance notice of how and when the staff vote will be conducted at our organisation between Monday 11th May 2009 and the close of voting at 5pm on Monday 25th May 2009.  The vote results from across all 18 Victorian TAFE Institutions will then be tallied to determine the overall result. Please note that this does not apply to General TAFE staff.
