The Institute Consultative Council of Swinburne University of Technology and the Australian Education Union consults on matters affecting TAFE Teachers' terms and conditions of employment.
Institute Consultative Committee of Swinburne University and the Australian Education Union
Clause 9 of the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Multi-Employer Certified Agreement 2003 provides for the establishment of an Institute Consultative Committee.
The Institute Consultative Committee shall operate under the established Protocols for the conduct of the Institute Consultative Committee as agreed to by Institute and Union representatives.
