Information about the Culture Survey
The Swinburne culture survey is designed to understand 'the way we work around here' and where are strengths and challenges lie in ensuring we have the work environment that allows each of us to excel.
Background on the Denison Culture survey
The Denison culture survey measures organisational culture across 4 main dimensions: Mission (our sense of direction and purpose), Adaptability, Involvement (our level of empowerment and engagement) and Consistency. If you want to find out more there is an article outlining the model and the research behind on the right hand side of this page.
