General stakeholder feedback
(excluding current students & staff)
The following information describes how stakeholders such as employers, prospective students and the general public can provide feedback in the form of complaints, comments, suggestions and compliments.
Please note that there are separate feedback processes for currently enrolled or past students and Swinburne staff.
The easiest way to provide your feedback is by completing a feedback and complaints form. Your feedback will be generally acknowledged within 5 working days and forwarded to the relevant manager in the University.
Feedback relating to complaints and suggestions will be thoroughly investigated. In some cases, we may need to contact you to clarify your feedback. In general, you will be advised as to the outcomes of the investigation within 15 working days of your feedback being lodged. We will advise you if the investigation is expected to go beyond 15 days.
