Facilities and Services Operations ensures that all
work carried out by external agencies is compliant
with Australian regulatory and legislative requirements.
All repairs and maintenance of the University are
carried out by either internal qualified trades persons
or external contractors, their work is checked to ensure
compliance and is signed off by an in-house Facilities
and Services Operations Staff as appropriate.
Compliance sign off will completed by either the Associate
Director of Facilities and Services Operations, senior
maintenance officers, maintenance officers, appropriate
in-house trades person and or leading hands.
Any concerns regarding the safety of work completed
should be made known to Facilities and Services Operations
# 8086.
