Maintenance Requests
The Operations & Services Department
is supported by the Remote Requester System,
which can be accessed across all campuses. The Remote
Requester System provides a rapid response service for requests
and queries for all operational support such as furniture relocations,
equipment breakdown, cleaning services etc.
The Operations & Services Department
is responsible for all repairs and maintenance across the University.
The Department ensures that all work is carried out by either internal
qualified trades persons or external contractors, who are compliant
with Australian regulatory and legislative requirements. All work
is checked to ensure compliance and is signed off by an in-house
Facilities and Services Operations staff member as appropriate.
Compliance sign off will be completed by either the Associate Director
of Facilities and Services Operations, Senior Maintenance Officers,
Maintenance Officers, an appropriate in-house trades person and/or
other leading hands.
Any concerns regarding the safety of work completed should be made
known to Facilities & Services Operations & Services Department,
