Maintenance Requests

The Operations & Services Department is responsible for all repairs and maintenance across the University. It provides operational support for services such as:

  • Building maintenance
  • Cleaning services  
  • Furniture relocation

WSMplannet

All maintenance requests are to be logged via WSMplannet. If you do not have access to WSMplannet, please contact your Administration staff to log a request on your behalf. The Operations & Services Department ensures that all work is carried out by either internal qualified trade’s persons or external contractors, who are compliant with Australian regulatory and legislative requirements. All work is checked to ensure compliance and is signed off by an in-house Facilities and Services Operations staff member as appropriate.

Compliance sign off will be completed by either the Associate Director of Facilities and Services Operations, Senior Maintenance Officers, Maintenance Officers, an appropriate in-house trades person and/or other leading hands.
