Keys are a big risk for the University
especially Master or Sub-Master keys. To ensure they are not stolen
and to lessen the likelihood of them being lost it is recommended
that you:
Do not leave them in your door
Do not leave them visible on your desk
Lock your office door when you are not in the room
Do not store them in your desk drawer, unless it is lockable
Master and Sub-master are to be kept locked away when they are not
in use
Do not loan your keys to other staff or students
Do not put any information on the keys that relate them to the University.
If your keys are lost or stolen ensure
you report it to Security.
