Posters/Flyers/Notices Policy
The University does not allow any posters, advertising materials, flyers and notices to be placed on walls, doors, in lifts, or on windows. The University has instead provided official noticeboards in/around various buildings for this purpose. The placing of posters/advertising materials/notices causes issues with removal particularly on plaster, painted and veneer surfaces, as well as additional cleaning required for window surfaces. It should be noted that security and cleaners are instructed to remove any materials which are not placed on an approved noticeboard. Additionally, any removal, cleaning and rectification costs will be passed on to any person, department or club found placing materials in non approved areas.
