Do not attempt to move the injured person unless they are in danger
Contact security on 3333 or first aid support
For a serious injury call 0 000 on external lines to get assistance
Do not leave the person unattended.

 Report the incident to the OHS Consultant - HR on 0404 006 987 and through the Incident Hazard Report Form.

Once the injured party has been attended to, please report the incident to Security on 9214 3333 who will initiate appropriate procedures internally if required.
