Compliance Training Program
The Compliance Training Program provides information on the legal context essential for the professional conduct of Swinburne programs and operations. Training in the relevant legal requirements, and the management of the risks relevant to your work, is a requirement for Swinburne managers and employees. There is significant potential for inadvertant breach of the law due to ignorance of its scope and specific requirements.
Training must be completed for:
- New employees - incorporated into current induction process.
- Current employees - one module a month in accordance with the training schedule.
To complete the required Compliance Training, go to:
Compliance Training to be Completed
The Training Requirements table below shows the training modules and the frequency of training that needs to be completed for your position. If the training is ticked for "All Employees", it must be completed by all ongoing or fixed term employees, otherwise the training is for specific roles / positions as stated in the table. In addition the OHS, EEO & Bullying, the Privacy and Whistleblowers modules must also be completed by Sessional Academics and TAFE Teachers.
