To ensure your needs are met we have included an application for care form and once your child is attending should any details change, eg. Phone numbers an update details form is also attached.

Once an application for care form is received you will be contacted by the Co-ordinator to arrange for your child/ren to go onto the waiting list and payment of the fee for application for care. (this fee is non refundable).
