Careers and Employment's purpose is to foster the educational and vocational goals of the Swinburne community. The Unit is committed to contributing to the employability of its graduates.

This is done by assisting the development of skills and experience currently required by employers through the provision of information, formal workshops and lectures, career counselling and experiential learning programs.
