Marketing Support

Targeted mail/email can be a very efficient way of advertising graduate programs and positions to students. Rather than simply advertising positions to everybody, you will create further awareness in the student group that perfectly matches the profile you are looking for.

Targeted Email

  • Depending on the student cohort you would like to target, we will give you a detailed breakdown of student numbers. The numbers will be divided by course and year of study. An administrative flat fee of $80 plus $1 per student plus 10% GST is charged for targeted email service. This service includes the distribution and the support for creating E-Cards. Targeted Emails are also a great way to reinforce student attraction for Employer Information Sessions.

Targeted Direct Mail-Out

  • As with targeted emails we will provide you with the number of students that would fall within your target group. You will then need to provide us with the marketing material for your campaign and mail it out to nominated current students. It usually takes 3 working days to complete mail-out once confirmation is received from you. An administrative flat fee of $80 plus $1.50 per student plus 10% GST is charged for direct mail-outs. Additional stationery costs (for non-packaged material) apply.

Business Insight Program (BIP)

  • The BIP proposal is to give a team of 4 to 8 students the opportunity to experience your workplace for several hours and to gain specialised knowledge and tips from business professionals within the different areas of the organisation. The program aims to provide an insight into some of the job functions and activities that are carried out by your employees on a daily basis. Current members of your staff will meet and greet the students, giving them a presentation about your organisation.
