Turn knowIng into know-how

VTAC applications are open from 9am on 7 August and close at 5pm on 28 September. While it’s easy to think “I have ages!”, it’s a good idea to get onto it early. Finalising your preferences now will give you more time to focus on getting through your VCE exams – all the while knowing your plans for next year are firmly place.

Another reason to submit your VTAC preferences is that late preferences incur a higher fee. While preferences for some courses will be accepted by VTAC until mid-December, you will have to pay a higher rate to submit your choices.

VTAC preferences should be submitted through the VTAC website.

Just be aware, application fees apply.

Swinburne scholarships are now awarded after the application process – so you will not need to include these in your VTAC preferences.
