Melbourne Computing Education Conventicle

Swinburne University of Technology is pleased to host the Eighth Annual Melbourne Computing Education Conventicle (MCEC2011). The Conventicle is usually one-day conference. For the first time we have added pre-conventicle workshops to the 2011 program:
- An Australian Learning and Teaching Council Improving Teaching workshop: designing and facilitating learning at the subject level. Facilitated by Dr. Sue Wright (University of Melbourne)
- A Doctoral Consortium facilitated by Professor John Grundy (Swinburne University of Technology)
The Conventicle and pre-conventicle workshops are free and open to all who wish to attend. The format will consist of presentations, discussion forums and opportunities to network with your peers. The day will conclude with a dinner in a nearby venue. See the MCEC2011 program for more detail.
