Swinburne Faculty of Design, in association with Routledge is proud to present the Sustainability and Behaviour Change Seminar.

About the Seminar: 

This two-hour Seminar will examine issues related to sustainable design, sustainable consumption, and social marketing. The seminar will also include the launch of ‘Designing for Zero Waste’ the latest book on the topic published by Routledge (Earthscan series). Dr Robert Crocker, is the keynote speaker and one of the editors of the book. He will talk about the links between lifestyle, consumption, technologies and urban development. Dr Crocker will also provide a rare insight into the upcoming 10-book series by Routledge on issues of sustainability for which he will be working on with Professor Steffen Lehmann. This is of particular importance to those interested in learning more about the upcoming trends in this discipline. 

Additional presentations will be given by Dr Gjoko Muratovski, Mr Mark Strachan and Professor Frank Fisher, all from the Swinburne Faculty of Design. The Sustainability and Behaviour Change Seminar will be opened by University Distinguished Professor Ken Friedman, Dean of the Swinburne Faculty of Design.
