Senior Executive Profiles

Mr Stephen Beall has been Vice-President (Student and Corporate Services) since 2007.  Previously he was the Vice-President (Resources) and has held senior roles with Swinburne University since 1996.

The Student and Corporate Services group encompasses Information Technology Services, Information Resources, Human Resources, Security, Facilities and Services, Swinburne Press, Student Operations, Student Services and the Careers and Employment areas.  He is responsible for delivering outstanding physical infrastructure to the University community, both buildings and information technology, innovative Human Resources and Industrial Relations solutions, and state-of-the-art Library resources   He also oversees the departments and offices relating to student services, student operations and Swinburne Press. 

Mr Beall has an extensive management experience with the University as Director (Human Resources) and Director (Facilities and Services), together with previous executive roles with Australia Post in the areas of employee relations, workers compensation, occupational health and safety and business development..
