The Chancellery includes the offices of the Vice-Chancellor and the Chancellor, as well as Corporate Communications Unit, Finance, Governance & Policy Unit, Internal Audit & Risk Management, Strategic Planning & Quality and Swinburne Legal.

The Executive Group is made up of the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Pro Vice-Chancellors and Vice-Presidents.
