Associate Professor Trish Buckley was formely Senior Lecturer
at the AGSE and responsible for the Leadership and Organisation
stream of the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation program.
She also taught in the Master of Business Administration and
supervised students undertaking the Integrating Project in this
award.
Associate Professor Buckley's academic background is in teaching
and researching management, human resource studies and organisation
dynamics. Much of this work has taken place in health care where
she has held roles in community health, rural health and aged
care. She held the position of National Director of the Australian
Rural Health Research Institute, a consortia formed by five
universities from around Australia, with its headquarters at
Monash University. She has acted as a consultant within the residential
aged care industry in the public and private sectors. This work
has included reviews of operations, physical design of facilities,
staffing and residents' satisfaction.
Associate Professor Buckley's research interests include the
relationship between the physical environment and organisation
culture, action learning and action research and organisation
role analysis.
Trish Buckley is currently on study leave until Juen 2009. |
