Jayanthi is a Lecturer at the Department of Accounting, Economics, Finance, and Law of the Faculty of Business and Enterprise. She teaches financial and management accounting at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Before joining Swinburne University, Jayanthi worked as a lecturer at the Department of Accountancy of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She is currently reading for her doctorate in the area of 'Environmental and Economic Sustainability of the Business and Management Accounting'.
