Faculty Prize Ceremony
The Faculty of Business a Enterprise is proud to acknowledge the outstanding academic achievements of its undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Every year it holds a prize ceremony where industry prizes and scholarships are formally presented to top students in a variety of categories.
History
The Faculty of Business and Enterprise (formerly the School of Business) has, for over 10 years, held an annual Prize Ceremony to acknowledge outstanding academic excellence in its students.
The Faculty Prize Ceremony is a wonderful celebration of scholarly achievement and is made possible only with the generous support of industry. Students are recognised for their outstounding performance across a range of activities including Industry-Based Learning Reports and Highest Achiving Student in a Program or Subject.
Winners are presented with prizes sponsored by a range of business and government organisations. Some of the industry prizes include book vouchers, membership subscriptions, a selection of company products, professional development workshops, cash prizes and scholarships.
The prize ceremony also acknowledges the contribution and achievement of those who have completed a doctoral research program.
Sponsors
The Faculty sincerely thanks sponsors for their continued support. This support enables the Faculty to reward students who have achieved excellence either in academic studies or through industry-based learning. Such sponsorship enables companies and professional organisations to share in the vision of the Faculty and to interact directly with talented students, promoting opportunities for future professional development and employment.
