Human Resource Management has expanded as a critical area of business practice as the links between it, business strategy and profitability have been continually recognised. Knowledge of human resource management can help individuals and their organisations utilise their people resources to the best advantage. This program seeks to provide on-going development for Human Resource (HR) practitioners and others in the areas of organisation behaviour, business strategy, and entrepreneurial thinking within the current business environment. Individuals will develop advanced skills and knowledge in analysis, strategy, entrepreneurial thinking, and organisational behaviour.

* Applicants who do not hold an appropriate qualification but who have significant relevant work
experience (normally 5 years or more) are encouraged to apply. In some cases, additional preliminary
study may be required. Continuation in the program is determined by academic results.

*** If English is not your first language, you must produce evidence of an advanced level of
proficiency in written and spoken English.
