Human Resource Management has expanded as a critical area of business practice as the links between it, business strategy and profitability have been continually recognised. Knowledge of human resource management can help individuals and their organisations utilise their people resources to the best advantage.

This course seeks to provide ongoing development for Human Resource (HR) practitioners, and is also designed for those wishing to enter the profession. Individuals will develop advanced skills and knowledge in analysis, strategy, entrepreneurial thinking, and organisational behaviour.
