Pam Muthuarachchi
Manager, Business and Systems Analysis
Pam is a qualified IT professional with over 12 years’ combined local and international experience in education, banking and finance, retail and customer service. She ensures the smooth alignment between the business processes and the infrastructure of the current information systems that are owned and used by Swinburne Professional. Pam is specialised in enterprise systems and management, business process mapping, design and re-engineering, systems governance and strategies, web development and architecture.
Pam is passionate about customer service excellence and managing projects for the best outcome. She has completed a Masters in Information Technology specialising in Information Systems Management and has currently been nominated to take part in the Swinburne’s Aspiring Leaders program.
