Frank Noonan’s breadth and depth of business knowledge comes from more than 20 years’ experience in project management, account management, business development and general management in the manufacturing, financial services, IT and consulting sectors.
The value of his exposure to different corporate cultures and working practices led him to found his own consultancy and coaching company in London. His clients included Polo Ralph Lauren, Ricoh Electronics, Allied Irish Bank, CNA Insurance and Skype.
After selling his UK consultancy, Frank moved to Australia in 2007. Here, he has provided consulting, facilitation and training services to major companies including Telstra, Vic Roads and Parks Victoria. His services have assisted these businesses to implement change management strategies, improve customer service, successfully manage conflict, implement best-practice performance management and upskill managers in staff coaching.
Frank has contributed articles on management, leadership, business and technology to several publications in the UK and Ireland.
