Clim is an internationally experienced leader in the fields of management, leadership, risk management, consulting, insurance and finance, engineering and education in various organisations in Australia, India and the UAE with a strong reputation for achieving financial and service delivery targets.
Qualified as an Electrical Engineer with a MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), a Diploma in Project Management and a Certificate IV in Government, his skills include strategic planning, policy formulation, organisational restructuring, change management, industrial and human relations and employee development in the private and public domains.
His experience includes the development and management of educational programs and consultancy for the insurance, finance and risk industries in Australian and overseas organisations and in assisting community organisations and corporates to achieve positive outcomes. He also undertakes executive mentoring and volunteers for a community organisation developing leadership programs, risk management frameworks and strategic planning.
