Ann is an experienced, values-driven manager and leader who specialises in personal and organisation change. She is a professional trainer and coach with a particular interest in supporting functional managers improve their effectiveness at influencing and 'being heard' within their organisations. Ann has worked principally in the government and not for profit sectors in Australia and New Zealand facilitating and managing personal and organisational change. She is an experienced senior manager, understands the demands on managers and the importance of effective influencing.
She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors, holds a Masters in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science (Honours, Psychology) and Arts (Education and English Literature) (Victoria University, Wellington New Zealand) as well as Graduate Certificates in Organisational Coaching and Career Development (Swinburne University of Technology).
