The Chancellor, Bill Scales AO, is pleased to announce the next Chancellor's Lecture : Walking with Dinosaurs - Inventing the Rules.

Global Creatures and Creature Technology Company embody an ethos many organisations around the world covet. They have big aspirations; a team of passionate people who embrace innovation and the unknown; an ability to be in the right place at the right time; and international heavy-weights from Hollywood to the BBC banging on their Melbourne head office doors. Discover how they achieved their success!
Swinburne Alumnus Sonny Tilders (BA Graphic Design 1989) and John Barcham will present an inspirational September Chancellor’s Lecture about passion, creativity, innovation, business and hard work.
Background information:
Supported by entrepreneur Gerry Ryan AO, Global Creatures was founded on a big idea: to build a successful, creative and dynamic global organisation on their own terms. Creature Technology Company was initially formed to create full-scale naturalistic dinosaurs for Walking with Dinosaurs – the Arena Spectacular.
Their work has incorporated the technical sophistication of film animatronics with the massive scale and excitement of an arena spectacular. Their combined expertise have put the group at the cutting edge of new digital technologies, animatronics and live theatre, including digital technology, engineering, electronics, art and design, business and theatre production. Together they imagine, innovate, and solve problems on a Jurassic scale.
