Academic transcripts
An academic transcript is an official document which states your course, subjects and results, and completion and graduation dates.
If you have not completed the course, please apply for a results certificate.
Careers and employment services
The Careers & Employment Office provides a range of free career services to students of Swinburne University as well as Higher Education graduates of two years standing and TAFE graduates of six months standing. You will need to log in or register to the SwinEmploy system to see employment opportunities.

Swinburne has a range of online and face-to-face short courses for both professional and personal development.

Swinburne Library
Former Swinburne students and staff may subscribe to the Library as an alumnus of the University. There is an annual fee of $110. Proof of affiliation is required - eg. expired ID card, award certificate, statement of results or verification provided by the Alumni & Development Office. Online database access is not available to Library Membership clients.

This quarterly national magazine provides a glimpse of the exciting, high quality research being undertaken within the University. It also shows how a modern University like Swinburne can build excellence through partnerships with industry, community, other research organisations and government.
