Please note that fees are due on the following dates:

Teaching Period 1 (Sem 1) - 03 March 2008
Teaching Period 2 (Term 1) - 03 March 2008
Teaching Period 3 (Term 2) - 5 May 2008
Teaching Period 4 (Winter Term) - 7 July 2008
Teaching Period 5 (Semester 2) - 25 August 2008
Teaching Period 6 (Term 3) - 25 August 2008
Teaching Period 7 (Term 4) - 13 October 2008

International students:
For Teaching Period 1 (Semester 1)
6 February 2008 - First Installment (50%)
15 April 2008 - Second Installment (last 50%)

For Teaching Period 5 (Semester 2)
22 July 2008 - First Installment (50%)
17 September 2008 - Second Installment (last 50%)

Published due dates are not applicable to Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Sciences distance education students. If you are a Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Sciences distance education student, you should refer to your confirmation of enrolment for due date of payment of fees.

 

SwinLink is provided for current and former Swinburne students only, and is used for making course fee payments via credit-card and viewing and maintaining personal details held by the University.

Course fee payments can be made for:

  any debts, charges or instalments for your current course
a course of which you have been made an offer, or not yet made a payment for

Please note that this system does not accept payments for Library Fines, Health Insurance or Short Courses.

The personal details that can be viewed and maintained are:

  name and date of birth
postal and permanent addresses
email address
telephone numbers
emergency contact details
employer details

If you are updating personal information, please be aware that this system updates information on central University records only and not Alumni or affiliated groups such as the Swinburne Research, Swinburne Student Union, the Bookshop, Swinburne Medical Centre, or Swinergy. To update your information with those groups you will need to visit the relevant web site or contact them directly.

Initial Login ID will be your seven-digit student ID number, and the initial password will be date of birth in ddmmyy format.

WARNING! If you have not yet changed your password on this system, please log on to SwinLink and change your password immediately.

All official email correspondence will be made via your Swinburne email account. Should you wish to redirect your email to another email address instructions on redirecting your Swinburne email can be found at https://student.swin.edu.au/

Before accessing this system you must read the Security Statement, Privacy Statement and Swinburne's Refund Policy (Local Students only).

Please note that for security reasons you will not be able to use the back-button within SwinLink and we ask that you log-off and shut your browser at the end of your visit.

SwinLink is designed to be viewed using either Netscape Version 4.77 or above and Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or above. Please note that SwinLink may not function correctly with other browsers.
