Managing Recordings

The Lectopia Staff Tool allows you to manage the details of the recordings you have booked. You can access the Staff Tool at: http://lectopia.swin.edu.au/lectopia/staff/, with the username and password you received when you first booked a recording. It is recommended that you maintain and correct the recording details so that your students have correct current information.

Using the Staff Tool you can:

• Check bookings
• Cancel bookings
• Adjust recording or unit details
• View student usage reports
