Self-service uploads pilot

New for semester 1 2008, we will be piloting the Lectopia self-service feature where you can upload pre-recorded media files and have them processed and published by the system. This allows you to produce online recordings even if you don't have classes scheduled in a Lectopia-enabled venue or would like to prepare sessions in advance.
