Gender Equality Strategic Action Plan
Pride @ Swinburne
Pride @ Swinburne is a strategic action plan to formalise our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive culture.
Staff and students who identify as lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, intersex, and queer and questioning (LGBTIQ) are an integral part of our diverse community. The plan will help translate our commitment into clear and long-lasting actions.
Committing to improving access for all
Swinburne's AccessAbility Action Plan details our strategy to create a supportive, diverse and inclusive organisation that is also disability confident.
The plan places an emphasis on developing and harnessing the ability of people living with disability and carers. It respects the diversity, individual strengths and natural talent that people living with disability and carers bring to Swinburne as students, employees and visitors.
